I’ve spent over 25 years building businesses, turning around operations, and leading mergers and acquisitions across multiple industries. From boardrooms to marinas, software companies to startups, I’ve guided organizations through more than $210M in transactions — always with a focus on clarity, momentum, and people-first leadership.
But there’s more to me than the resume.
I’m also a father of twin daughters, husband, partner, a CrossFit competitor, a licensed pilot, and a lifelong student of art, music, and technology. I live on the Niagara River, unwind with great cigars and tequila, and split my time between the water, gambling, and whatever’s next. Whether it’s writing code, building something, or flying planes, I’m wired to create, fix, and explore.

Born in Buffalo, raised in Black Rock, and built on passion, grit, and curiosity. From playing guitar in rock bands to buying and selling companies across the globe — my life has never followed the ordinary path. I’ve built homes, businesses, and relationships that defy convention, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Pen and ink are still my favorite mediums. I studied Advertising Art in high school.
Played guitar in high school and college rock bands. These days, I play for myself — and the occasional campfire concert.
I earned my private pilot’s license in 2014, got floatplane certified, and even flew aerobatics in a WWII-era T6 Texan. Flying taught me focus, confidence, precision, and the thrill of pushing limits — all at 10,000 feet.
Raising twin daughters was my greatest adventure — and they’ve grown into amazing people, an attorney and a nurse practitioner. Over 30 years Barbie and I build a life we love, and we’re surrounded by people who love us and make life richer in so many ways.
Played college golf, still float a single-digit handicap. Also a 9-time CrossFit Games competitor. If it involves sweat and skill, count me in.
